I checked just now, no exhaust leaks. Can hear it best under the truck driver side. Is it possible for a lifter to randomly stick? And can it un -stick itself

Yes it's possible and yes it can un stick itself. If it dropped all the oil out during your oil change it could just be taking awhile to Re pump up. It's a rarity, but a possibility

2017 F250 CCLB KR "Nighthawk" Edition.....goodies to come.

Im with Nick. I would be going over all the stuff you replaced and touched if it just started after the install. Also powerbrake it slowly and listen to what happens. If it gets louder, have someone hold it at the loudest and try to find it.

It has a stock turbo in it with the 10 blade.
I have that ats in my garage that I pulled out to put my powermax in.
I'm going to be putting the fuel pump from my crew cab in also. I want to take this thing totally back to stock with a leveling kit. It'll be nice to have when I don't want to drive my crew cab, or put miles on my cummins.
My cummins is getting twin turbos right now, I was trying to hold the secret lol. So having a stock truck will be nice to just have around.

You can put as many turbos as you want on that Cummins.....it will still sound like a bulimic lumberjack puking....and I will still most likely be able to beat it in a quarter run!! Oh wait I forgot your tires are too expensive for that.....

Ok, was just out there. Barely hear it at idle. Did high idle and you can hear it but a min or 2 into it the sound toned down a little, but was still there.
Also, you can hear it back at the exhaust, coming out the pipe. Not super loud, but there.
