I might also point out that since you are deleting the EGR cooler, the EGR valve will likely still throw a code. Some have reported a CEL on the dash due to the code "insufficient EGR flow". Fortunately mine did not show the CEL. Some people leave the valve in place. Some put in a block off plate but leave the valve sitting there plugged in. There are a couple ways you can try and work with it. The new tuners are not likely going to allow you to turn of the CEL now due to the EPA coming down on some of these tuning companies. You will have to get a custom tune to do that.
I've got an SCT Livewire that still has the EGR remove option in the tune presets, so I'm good there. I saw someone else not too long ago posted that they updated their Livewire unit and that option went away, so I'm leaving mine as is!
Stick the manifold mounting bolts through the manifold and the rubber holes in the gaskets and it should hold them in place while you set the manifold down on the engine.
Yeah, that's what I've always done working with gasketed parts... just got me curious since he's like the Yoda of the 6.0...
