2006 f250 6.0 shuts off while driving

I've read alot of post about other people with the same problem. Truck runs fine for awhile then just shuts off like i turned the key off. Wont start again til maybe 5-7 minutes later. Then i drive for a bit and it does again. I have a SCT connected and have been monitoring the ICP, IPR, and FICM. Everything seems within the correct readings. I know im missing something. Any help will be appreciated

How about scanning for codes w/ a thorough code reader, then posting the code numbers (if any), and then reporting actual numbers for ICP, IPR, FICM, etc.?

No codes come up. I do have a clogged oil cooler that i plan to get fixed soon. Waiting on the parts to come in from Bullet proof diesel. Not sure if it can be related. Heres a pic of all the stats from earlier while stopped at a light.

Mine shut off while driving to at 40 mph and shut off as I was comming up to a red light with 3 cars stopped So I had to man handle the wheel to guide it up into a parking lot next to the light thankfully. Turns out my bad battery I had on the truck caused my relay fuse to blow causing my whole fuse box wiring harness to burn out along size my FICM which costed me a total of $1600.

The SCT is a very marginal code reader.
