06' F-350 Powerstroke crank but no start

Truck died pulling into fuel station yesterday. No abnormal issues prior to this. Hooked up Autoenginuity today & i have good FICM sync & voltage but am seeing only 210psi on the ICP during cranking, ICP pessure-desired is 1527psi, ICP voltage is .47, & IPR is reading 85%. Where should i look first to see where i'm losing oil pressure? No external leaks & base oil pressure is good. Truck has 81k miles no EGR delete & not bulletproofed. Added sinister coolant bypass filter & blue spring kit when i bought it 2 months ago.Any help is appreciated!

Could be an STC Fitting issue. Has it started again, since?

Are you getting no start at all times? Hot and cold? Looks like an ICP issue based on AE.

You are going to have crawl under and take a look. Make sure the transfer case is still there.

That 85% reading is a commanded position -- but just because the PCM is wanting more oil, does not mean the IPR valve is actually closing

I would suggest getting the IPR air test fitting, it's like $12 (+whip hose and ball valve from the hardware store)

There is a good chance you have blown the STC fitting -- time to upgrade to the fixed fitting if that is the case

General note:
For all those wanting a premium silicone sealer Kubota 70000-73764 is the best your gonna find. This is a hybrid gray silicone that uses solvent rather than acid to start the curing reaction, this makes it safe for aluminum and and any surface that involves coolant.

Okay, ordered the $10 fitting from amazon that'll be here in a day or two. Do i need to manually engage IPR using 12V while doing the air test? Thanks again to all of you helping me through this!
