Should I be worried about this rust?

In the market for a 6.0 and found what looks to be a pretty solid king ranch for a good price but I'm not too sure about the rust on it. Does this look like something I should be concerned about? Also looks like it has been undercoated in the past, not sure how I feel about that either. Any input is appreciated, thanks

Where is this vehicle coming from, or where did it spend most of its life?

That floor pan is a mess and needs attention or you will have a prob in short time. The lower part of the sill there can be remedied without to much trouble

It makes me nervous when someone undercoats a rusty truck. Either they don't know what they are doing or they are trying to hide it. What does the underside of the bed look like, specifically right past the cab? Also open the door and check the steel on the lower side of the cab / engine area.

Leave it alone. Rust is cancerous!

A lot of northern trucks come with an undercoat. The problem here would be if this truck was undercoated later, don't want them to trap rust under there. There are plenty of 6.0s for sale around Alabama.

Lots of really clean 6.0's here, but most will need to be bulletproofed. Seem like some reasonable deals here, though.
