Your 65 mph cruise pressure is probably about right, maybe slightly low, but that's a little relative. A WOT run should get you about 26-30 psi. I'd imagine your turbo unison ring is stuck or you have a boost leak.

My 65mph boost is low like yours at about 1900rpm, WOT hits 30+boost but I have a stage KC stage 2 plus other supporting mods.

I get about 22 or 23 with big red at wot. But I know I have a small air leak somewhere.

I see about 28 at WOT but I have exhaust manifold leaks on both sides. Plan on doing gaskets sometime in the next few months.

note for those with mostly stock trucks, depending on the strategy will vary the amount of boost

especially is tuned, it will vary tuner to tuner

I'm tuned with PHP's 80HP DD on the PCM with the Atlas 40 FICM tune. I will usually see 28-29 at WOT and ~7-9 at 65MPH.

However, like @junior125 said, your boost will vary depending on the tune, tuner, mods, etc.

I have no leaks I am aware of. I had it smoke tested just this weekend so I'm sure that at least cold it is not leaking. Maybe I should try on a hot engine next. My truck always topped at 24PSI pulling a camper uphill @ 5-7k ft altitude if that matters. It does the same on stock tune or canned SCT 50HP tow tune.

With my WOT run, I usually see 20 PSI going on to the highway from 0 to 75, but can reach 26 PSI if circumstances are right. Only real mod I have for exhaust is a BD manifold, and that does not add or detract anything. I have stock injectors and a stock turbo. Prior to some work, I sued to get 26 PSI consistently.

I think I'm developing 15 to 17 psi at WOT from a stop after a few moments off the line, I assumed that was good at 4500 feet elevation. Completely stock engine. After reading these post maybe my assumption is wrong. Is my boost low? I do have leaks at the up pipe connections to wye adapter and have ordered IH bellowed up pipe kit and plan to install this weekend along with EBPV delete.
