Crank, no start. Pic of Torque Pro #s. HPOP?

2004.5 with round style hpop. It tries to start but just unable too... long cranking and these are the numbers that come up on torque pro. Any ideas? I have sinister regulated return fuel system, never had issues with injectors. Oil cooler replaced about 30k miles ago. Truck just stalled driving on the highway. Any ideas?

At a quick glance your IPR looks high (85% is full open) so it may be a HPO leak. Any codes? What are the numbers KOEO? Do you have Torque setup to log PIDs, if so do you have the logs? Was it a long crank problem when hot? When cold? Always?

2003 Excursion 6.0, 2004 front cover, Stock head bolts, unknown EGR delete, 4" Diamond Eye turbo back exhaust, Magnaflow 60110 catalytic converter (makes the '03 whistle livable), Hellwig Sway bar, Roadmaster Active Suspension, Gearhead tunes - 8k tow or SRL depending on my level of 6.0 paranoia, unknown work by previous owners...

No codes. It just doesn't start... HPOP gets to the 600s.... as if it almost wants to start but doesn't. Just stalled on highway cruising at 60 mph... what are KOEO? FICM rebuilt..... Diesel tech Ron has it as HPOP.... because it's an 04 style HPOP... I hope it is. But the injectors look easier to replace then an HPOP.

Technically, it should start at 600 psi. How much fuel is in it? 1/4 tank or below? Does the RR have a gauge on it?

Key On Engine Off, it's a check to see if your sensors are reading as they should (IPC voltage, Fuel pressure, IPR, etc). Did you go through the no start checks? Or are you saying HPOP because it's the early style? There's a lot of o rings and potential leak points in the HPO system. Like g8or said, have you checked the regulated return system as well?

Found a video from dieseltech Ron that shows exactly what is going on with my truck... I have the 586 ICP pressure to start... in theory... but does not start.. *Ron had a truck with the exact issue with ICP at 600 psi and still no start.. .. states most likely it's the pump since it's an 04... * go to minute 6:20 and this is EXACTLY how my truck sounds... exactly. *

Understood, and I'm not saying it isn't the pump, just pointing out - as Ron does - that checking the IPR and oil system for leaks should be done prior to throwing a pump at it (6:32 in the video), especially since the 2004.5 has the updated oil rails with the stand pipe/dummy plug setup. If you replace the pump and have a chewed up o-ring you'll still be chasing a long crank or no-start condition. But, whatever you find the fix to be, please post that.

Just FYI:
the 85% reading is the PCM commanding the IPR "closed" -- the valve(IPR) is used as a dump for the HPOP -- the HPOP has full access to the oil rails and the valve dumps off any oil that is not needed

In my defense, I was unsupervised

General note:
For all those wanting a premium silicone sealer Kubota 70000-73764 is the best your gonna find. This is a hybrid gray silicone that uses solvent rather than acid to start the curing reaction, this makes it safe for aluminum and and any surface that involves coolant.
