URGENT. Official fuel pressure statement?

I recently got some diesel with 30-40% gasoline from the local station. My truck won't start and I'm only seeing single digits fuel pressures. The local "head diesel tech" at the Ford dealership says that the 6.0, not being a common rail, only needs a few pounds of pressure. I told him 45 was absolute minimum and he flat told me I was wrong... I'm desperately looking for some proof from Ford so that I can prove that some damage was done... Until then, I'm on the hook for the bill..

I do not think Ford covers bad or contaminated fuel.

Sorry, not what I meant... The fuel station will pay but not if Ford says there is nothing wrong.

if in fact it has gasoline in the mix you need to talk to your fuel station you bought your fuel at. It isn't hard for a driver while dumping fuel in the in ground tank to make a mistake and dump a few hundred gallons in the diesel tank accidentaly. While they are dropping fuel the fuel tanker drops at a rate of about 300 gallons per minute. He could have accidentally started dropping what he thought was diesel in there and put gas in there, than stopped it and finished dumping diesel. It also could be that the driver had a few hundred gallons of gas in the compartment left on his truck and created what is called trans mix by filling up that compartment on his trailer with diesel. These are unfortunately things that happen while delivering fuel. I would start there and if that in fact is the case the gas station where you bought the fuel is on the hook and they will go after the delivery service that provided the fuel.

So, for fuel pressure only... I have seen these trucks run on single digit fuel, but they wont make any power.

Yes, already did that. They have multiple claims they are sending to corporate. My issue is that t the local. "head diesel tech" thinks 5psi ,down from 60, is completely fine...

Side note I would get a fuel sample and have it verified, doesn't matter what ford says at that point, proof is in the pudding.
