Code 1032 Low Battery from SCT Livewire

I will try posting here and see if I can get some help;

Ok so all the work is done to the truck. Downloading the Tune from the SCT Livewire and it shows the progress bar. It gets all the way to 99% complete then says Code 1032 Low Battery. Any ideas what this is and how do I fix it?

So the tech at the shop is thinking that maybe the OTHER shop never returned it to stock so he tried that and the tuner gives the same 1032 code Low Battery then says push wheel to continue and then it pops up code 1027 incorrect vehicle.

What's that?

Can you see if the tuner is still married?

I'm still unsure as why a shop would return it to stock unless you or they explicitly said it would be done.

I've seen custom tunes lost, or needing SCT to unlock it because of a bad PCM.

Not married means it was returned to stock.

Can you verify the strategy of the truck vs. What your tunes are custom made to. Or are these out of the box tunes included with the SCT?

No they are custom tunes. I had Charlie at KC Turbos get them for me. I remember we had to verify strategy code.

Does the truck start as it sits?
If yes, plug in the SCT and see if you can pull up the strategy to see if it was the one Charlie wrote for you.

It also may need some sort of an update from SCT too, so consider calling their tech support.

Will do. Yes we tried to call SCT support first but because they are in Florida they are closed until Monday due to the hurricane.

What's crazy is I trust the info I get from the ORG more than I would from anywhere else.
