well kinda caught up sorry @ZMANN i lost my dad about 6 years ago now and still miss him every day and we never got to spend the time i would have liked since I was about 6 or 7 .

as to no one to answer too...sorry but you still gotta answer to you.
sometimes we are our own worst slave driver
but there is a freedom and a self reliance that comes with being your own boss that is better than any other way to work.
plus if anything goes sideways you know who to blame

on the vehicle front...
truck down with blown u joiont on the axle not that big a deal but i cant do it here...
wifes truck trans went down transmission tc i am guessing but i dont rebuid trans...
so we are reduced to the caddy heater is out, controller did not fix it as i hoped.now cv joint is going should have been here today but...no sho as of yet
been kinda busy trying to scab together something that works
sometimes life makes you really appreciate other times when things are going at least relatively "normal"

did pick up a cheap parts truck for a trans for the wifes truck but again i lack the tools and facilities to do the swap here. hope to use a friends garage ... we shall see.
oh so running chains on the caddy right now too snowed about 14 inches the other day and it got real slick. had the parts truck dropped off and while trying to get it dropped in the driveway in place with the winch from the tow truck got it pulled forward guy is helping me push it back into the drive way when suddenly his f-550 flat bed tow rig WITH CHAINS starts sliding down the road and nails the power pole at the end of my other driveway. lunched his front end so i spent about an hour helping him get it straightened out again looked pretty good when he left really couldnt tell it was crushed after...
anyways yea ive been a tad busy with stuff lately.

bright side both trucks and the car should be ship shape shortly

It has been a very rough 2020 for us too. I hope everything goes as well as it can with all things considered.

My mother-in-law has a rare non-curable bone cancer and chemo is a bit rough on her, on top of that she's severely diabetic. My bookkeepers son was in a horrible accident and he broke his back in 3 spots. Quite a long surgery for him, but he is back home now and soon starting rehab. He's in his last semester of college too and had to drop out for now. The other girl who takes care of most internet orders and phone calls, her husband had a heart attack at only 38 years old.

Just have to keep on pushing forward.

The 6.7 injectors are through the valve cover, so they shouldn’t be able to leak into the valley. Check the fuel return lines, and watch for one of the injectors or supply lines to be squirting
