Been using a fumoto since about 2007 no issues. It actually has to be lifted before it can rotate, so no way it can happen by accident. I made it a condition when I traded in 07 that they transfer it over. And then once more onto the new engine

Mine is the straight down ,no hose nipple. However when you actually get under the truck and look at it critically it would take a HUGE wreck for something to hit it. The kind of wreck that is going to knock a hole in the pan anyway

Been running a Swamps 58v for 50,000+ miles with no injector failures. Way better starting when hunting and well below 32 degree temperature with no ability to plug block heater in. Not 1/2 as noisy as my wife's 6.0 with stock FICM in the same situation.

You still in the Mideast? Lots of oilfield and Cat engines - gotta be somewhere you can source cat EC-1 coolant. Go poke around some drilling companies - lots of western ones there.

Tell them you represent the U.S. of A, that's all the company they should need.

I don't remember the part number, but it's the original style without a nipple. Fumoto's site is pretty easy to use and search for make/model/year.

I'm kind of interested in the new model with the 360 adjustment end. Looks like you can control what direction the spout points to.
