If you pass the Cabelas in Lehi, Utah, it is worth a stop. It has been my favorite Cabelas for a decade or so. HUGE gun vault

Guessing you'll probably head down back through Winnemucca, but if you find yourself along 84 through Oregon, stop in La Grande and hit me up for a beer on the way!

We appreciate the offer but we'll be going back on 80 because it just makes more sense given the amount of time we'll have and where we need to end up

Screw you Chebby!!!

My wife drives a Chevy Suburban 3/4 ton 4X4 with the 6.0 Vortec. Changing the oil is a pain in the azz. Someone decided it was a good idea to have the oil drain our of the back of the pan, and point it right at the exhaust pipe. This means the oil shoots out right onto the exhaust and sprays everywhere. I didn't feel like a 5W30 shower today, so I put my mad engineering skills to work!

Oh, and drove through the Yellowstone bear preserve, bears are cool when they're not stalking you through the forest or stealing your picnic basket
