I got the truck for pretty cheap so as much as I really don't want to have to do head gaskets it wouldn't be too bad, I would basically be into the truck what I should've paid for it to begin with. The shop did a leak test and compression test and all this was done 3 or 4k miles ago and everything came back good so I'm hoping for the best lol.
Ya if it's studded on both sides then I wouldn't worry as much. At one point it sounded like they only did on side with studs. I can see only changing one side if it's bad but that would just leave me waiting for the other side. Run it till it gives you a reason to fix it.

Got to going through the truck more to find out what I can fix or replace and what I like / don't like. I replaced the fuel filters today, I'm going to order a new grill emblem, drivers side door courtesy light, and the plugs for the grab handle on the drivers side. When I bought the truck there was a little wire hanging down in the back that I just tucked up in the head liner since that's where it belonged but I decided to try and figure out where it went. It was cut, the cut end was at the light above the rear slider, and they fed it to go down behind the glove box. Any ideas as to what this is?

Also I miss my CTS 2 so I'm thinking about getting another. My only hang up is the PO has the EGT sensor going to the SCT X4 so I have to figure out if I can get that to go to a CTS 2 or what my options are on that.
I have a edge egt probe and the expandable EAS wiring for it that you can just have. I no longer have my edge monitor so it's just sitting in my garage.

Why don't you put another gooseneck hitch in there?

Damn is that fact about the stickers ??

Get a hold of me via text or p/m. I will absolutely put some in a envelope and scratch your address on it for you. Iíd say I have 8-10 of them. Sparky has my cell # and lmao is likely fastest way to get a response from me.
I will make time to get on the forum more often since I decided it was much easier to retire then get up crazy early everyday to go to work.
I will p/m as well about the decals. I donít understand their major malfunction in regards to sending off the stickers promised if you pay $60.00 for lifetime membership.

lol not asking for the answer or explanation either. Now if I missed the memo they have been sent then my sincere apology hopefully will be accepted. yea Kiss it IK
