About 2 blocks into the drive from Corona, a harley rider gets hit next to me at a stop light. Dealt with that, moved on with my journey. Pasadena, had a run in with a chp. This mf pulled me over in 6 lanes of LA Traffic, I was in the carpool lane. For window tint! Lmao. He wasnt too happy that I didnt give a ****.
Moving on. 15min or so after that, employee calls. Decides to tell me that shes leaving her shift whether I like it or not basically. I tried working with said employee, I said you have to work with me, I'm far away. I'll get there as soon as I can but I need you until then. nope. Luckily, I got my step brother who's been up and working his own gig for about the last 30 hrs with no sleep to cover me. Said employee will no longer be coming back to work. Got to work at about 9:15pm and finished everything that was not done.
So to top off today, jmo's party is over for a few months. Back to work full time until I find a replacement. Always seems to be that I work 70+hrs a week for 6-9 months, I get a good staff for 3-4 months and we repeat "the cycle" as I call it. Summer has learned the cycle over the last 2 years and she finally gets it. Maybe she can help me break it lol

Self employment is great they said.

I usually average around 70-100hrs a week for the past 5yrs. I guess having the shop at the end of the driveway helps.

I finally hired an office manager though, and so far it's been great.

Ya thats one thing I don't like about my newer kenwood also. The older model in my 03 has the ATT. I got the same thing but newer for the 04 and nope. But it does have better Bluetooth and equalizer.

This thing has all the bells and whistles just no mute/ATT button, didn't really want the remote since I can easily reach the screen from the command seat

Anyone know where to find good, cheap used tires? Maybe I can find some like new take offs in 235/40r18 or 225/40r18 for my car

J.Mo you need to ask yourself what is changing. Why is a particular employee good for 3 to 4 months and then suddenly isn't. Not that you want to baby your employees but you need to figure out why they suddenly don't wish to continue working for you
