Not sure. I know the majority of tires out there are made over seas.
However, i think alot of the rubber is made here. I picked up a load once from a Michelin factory. Something like 20 pallets of engineered rubber sheets. I cant remember where i delivered them though. But i remember that where i picked them up from, there was quite a few rubber tree farms.
