My truck is begging for some archoil or something at the moment. Every so often you can feel an injector being lazy when idling. Guess it's good that in close to an oil change now.

Is it really worth swapping to the coil spring suspension up front? I have a line on a 06 truck no engine. Or bed and the cab is stripper but everything else is there AND he only wants 300 and for me to get it off his property. I've been doing research and it looks simple and pretty quick. Hardest part looks like getting the rivets out

But truly how long would I be down for. If I can knock it out in a week. Ill be all for it. But if its looking like a massive thing. I'll just skip it and stick with my leaf springs

Well for 300$ I can't imagine you losing out and I guess you will find out while taking the donor truck appart.

But while doing the swap you might get the while I'm in there let me do this and this and that.

So plan accordingly I guess.

It will definitely ride better, but the biggest improvement is how much tighter they turn.

Rivets aren't that bad, I know I've done radius arm brackets and leaf spring hangers on a couple F150's. Just use an angle grinder to get the heads smooth and pop em out with a punch.

This is the dieselsite intake actually. And I like it. But I'll probably switch over to the s&b intake honestly. I dont like how this one connects to the turbo. It's not perfectly bent.

And I'm gonna try a new radiator cap and see what happens on the drive home from waco maybe the cap is bad
