I don't think so. I thought factory tint was actually in the glass itself?
When I bought my truck, it was so bad that you could barely see out the drivers and passenger windows. I told the guy to replace the windows and the trim piece and I'll buy it. We compromised. I bought the trim pieces, he bought the windows and installed everything. I still need to re-tint them.
Double check and make sure it's not just the tint that was scratched. In my case, it was the actual glass.
