I pull my 15k 5th and your right, it is slow. However, the payment for this truck is less than a newer one so Iíll go slow with a smile and money for beers when I get there!

(throwing out tags like a NASCAR driver)
i got a set of seat covers from carid about 6 years ago before i evem found the forum and everything went great.
great support from discount on line (here) but the shop in reno caused me great grief and i still have to lock my hubs now to get 4x4 problematic in winter when i need 4 wheel drive just to get out of the driveway
the guys on the forum and at corporate were great but the communication between the shop and them kinda broke down and i just needed my truck back after the impact wrench debacle.

Yeah, I don't know what I was thinking. Discount Tire Direct has always treated me great. Wife is on a rampage and I just want the order canceled and a refund at this point. CARiD just gives me the runaround and a bunch of BS.
30k....last time i owned a truck with only 30 k on it was 1987

In 87 my first brand new truck, (an 85 F150) prolly had around 30K, traded it in 89 for my 2nd new truck, again in 93 for my last brand new truck. 25 years is a long time, maybe I hope they do drill an oil well soon, those 18's kinda grow on you, even if that fat grill is fugly compared to my 05
At least I could drive it in the winter without worrying about it rotting out in a few years.

How does one determine rim size. I know I'm on 18" now. With a 325 tire. And pretty sure 8x170. But im unsure on the rest.

I think it is usually marked somewhere on the back or inside of the wheel.

You're riding on coils up front so I'm pretty sure you need the 5.50" to 5.75" backspacing, the 4.50"-4.75" backspacing is what I went with on my 18x9 Methods to clear the leafs

Worked on a vt275 last night, which is a 6.0 but with 6 cylinders (4.5L i think). It was really cool to finally see one in person, no one else in the shop was excited but it was fun for me. Lol
