I have never put more miles on a single vehicle, and I have loved it the whole way. I had the FICM, and subsequently 6 injectors warrantied at 50,000. I still have 2 injectors w/260,000 miles. How many people can say that with a Cummins or D-max? Not many, especially with the d-max. Original trans, and I expect to get a few more miles after studs and o-rings. This is just the start for me. The truck doesn't owe me a thing, so I will never sell it. Maybe when I have grandkids, one will get it. This truck has impressed almost any truck guy who has driven or ridden in it. And to think, I considered, and even ordered a Dodge in '06, but after a second test drive, opted out. I doubt I would have been as happy.

And we do a ton of d-max injectors. at double the cost of 6.0 sticks I would eat a bullet if I owned a d-max. I cant stand that platform. IFS, Weak azz trans with a fancy name people think means anything Japanese designed motor shoved into a GM product. Only other worse diesel platform is the Korean built diesel shoved into the Eco Diesel Ram now.

I have a lot of friends with extremely trouble free dmaxs lol. I think an L5P Denali is in store for me. Maybe trade the cummins in, sell the 6.0 and the hummer. Drive a deleted and leveled L5P and enjoy the happier things in life. Because this 6.0 ain't one of them.
Here you go, going out to fallon nv to pick up a car for my friend yesterday, towing a ****ing flat bed car trailer on flat ground. Eat your heart out, my elegant warren trans is puking fluid all down the side of my truck.
6.0s are great trucks.

Maybe just maybe J.mo you need to drive it more. Them 6.0's don't like to sit. Kinda like a chick: they get bored, fat, start smoking, steal your money then the rest is history.

I drive the piss out of mine. Daily. I'm getting ready to drive down to Western WA to see my dad, then head East to Spokane to see the some of the family.
She'll be good to me for sure and that's about 6-6500 miles RT.

Drive it like you stole. She'll love you for it. And no, I'm not talking about Steph.

They really are when you don't use chit parts. Sorry but most know my stance on warrens crap. I've specifically talked about the trans issues. Based on the guy on this forum I know that have one and the amount they been taken out and sent back for issues he's got a 25% success rate. Sorry not anywhere close to a product I would even try in my own rig let alone sell. These HEUI systems are finicky to say the least but honestly work awesome when not stressed to the limit. The exact same as a CR system. Reliable as hell until you ramp pressure and PW up.to the maxes.

Good luck.with the L5P. It's a brand new platform. If wait a year or so.
