HELP! Loud Injector Buzz and High Pitched Hum (VIDEO)

Just got my truck back after bulletproofing and I noticed the injector buzz is way louder, and there is a high pitched hum at the end of fuel prime. Like a dying goat.

My tech says it's normal, but it's really, really odd....

Fresh heads, gaskets, studs
Standpipes, injector seals and orings
Blue Spring upgrade
new ICP/harness
new IPR screen
a ton of other updates

Most likely the installer MISSED the o-ring that goes on the plastic cup that holds the brass fitting the spring goes in. On the 04+ trucks there is a oring that goes behind/on the black plastic piece. Without it, there is a pressure leak and that noise.
