5.0 stalling after a letting off gas with load

Hey guys maight not be the right place to post but already a member of this forum so here it goes, I recently acquired a 91 f150 plow truck with the 5.0... last snowfall was the first chance I got to use it, after plowing up the driveway i let off the gas it died but would fire back up did a couple more passes and everytime slowing back down with a load it would just kill... Messed around and learned it would do this anytime I was quicker on the brake slowing down it would just die, I've tried new plugs, cap, wires, fuel filter and regulator, also tried checking the fuel pump and seems to be just fine I have ran sea foam through the gas for the injectors sake and inspected throttle body which is clean, I'm kinda lost now could this be my iac or my tps what's your guys opinions I can rev it up good in neutral and will not die

Fuel filters brand new and I'm getting proper pressure via gauge... I have checked vacuum lines visually and tried blowing through some of them I'm kinda stumped don't wanna throw sensors at it I know there's not a whole lot does iac sound right or even the tps sensor?

If it has a IAC valve, that's what I would look at.
