Billet thermostat housing 99.5-2003 fits?

So I am about to replace my water pump on a early 99. And feel replacing the thermostat housing along with fan clutch, hoses and belt all at the same time.
Except I don't see any difference in most catalogs yet for the billet ones some companies list there's as only fitting late 99's. Is there a difference between early and late on the thermostat housings?

I think they are all the same. I got mine from dieselsite, advertised as 99-03, works fine. I just did all the work you are talking about. I would go for a new motorcraft pump, the gasket has little nubs that wedge into the gasket groove eliminating the need to put dabs of gasket sealer to hold it in place. Try not to ding the cooling fins on radiator when you pull the fan, clutch and shroud out. Be patient putting everything back together, the shroud and fan can be aggravating going back in
