Man, are we talking about a Fifthwheel or a Motor home? 95% of all motor homes come
on a year old chassis. The sticker on the left front of the trailer,( pull or fifthwheel)
should have a date of MFG. The trailer should also have a build sheet sticker inside
one of kitchen cabinet doors.

Also the pictures on the web can be deceiving. Manufacturers change stuff before they start the builds or even midway through so I would not be surprised if they kept the old front due to cost or their supplier couldn't get them in time for the start of production. Our it was their show model to almost like a concept car, they always change before they start production. With rv they can change even through the same year. I would try to find one on the web that is for sale at another dealer and see if it mgs the same options. But even then they could have a later build one too.

Ok. Finally getting around to posting a pic of my Toy Hauler, mind you it's a humble small toy hauler. This is my first travel trailer of any sort. I towed it from Mesa, AZ with a Tacoma (yeah, I know tell me about it) back in March 2011 but then swapped that tacoma with a Sierra 1500. I just traded that '11 Sierra for my truck now, b/c I have plans middle of summer 2014 to purchase a Vengeance 377V.

But what I can say about my little 16' toy hauler now is this truck didn't even know this matchbox (what my wife calls it now) was back there.

Tommy, what is that a old HitchHiker, by NUWA? Looks like about a 1983 to 87.
If it's still in good shape, don't flip the axles just go buy new or used ones and
put 16 in tires on it. With it being that old you know it needs new springs for sure.
I did the axle flip on my 93 HitchHiker and it never pulled the same after that.

86 Nuwa Hitchhiker.

The springs are actually good. The little lady likes the old style wheels(yes, she's weird like that). It's all new tires after the ones that were on it... um... disintegrated pulling it like 5 miles to my house.

Never been a Full, full timer RV'er but been a long time part timer for a few mo at a
time and at one time I have one that we had made out of coat hangers, light and a
long string of garland. It looked real cool and people would come by wanting to see
our tree. Wish I had a picture of it.
