2000 7.3 Excursion also on a high cholesterol fuel

do you know if the Vegistroke system or anyone else use a post pump filter.
and what type of fuel hose, and where did you get it and fittings?

The Vegistroke V3 unit utilizes a pre-pump 100micron strainer and a post-pump 2 micron 1044 sq in filter.
