Difference between 95 Engine and 03

I am starting my build and found a 95/97 engine for sale on FB market place. I'm not going as deep(350/200s) as I thought I wanted so I'll be buying a forgded motor and getting it ready on a stand before I put it in. I know I'll need to swap spider, turbo, up pipes, pedestal, HPOP, HPX, and some small odds and ends that I added.

What all will I need to change that I didn't mention? I'll do new GPs, UVCH, oil pan, head studs gaskets ect. I just want to know, can I use the same PCM. Are there any changes that I be aware of making a swap difficult?

Thanks in advance.

180/30s,KC38R, CNC Fab Stg 2 HPOP, Sump, Walbro, Donaldson 6637, Leveled, 4'' straight to 7'' tip, 08 mirrors, 6.0 front end ect...
