Ironically I just got some in with a crossover kit. It's an upgraded kit. Stock hpop is about 5/16" ID and this hose is 3/8" ID.

One of the HPOP hose seems to be 13 & 600 thousandths of an inch OAL

The other HPOP hose seems to be 13 & 550 thousandths of an inch OAL. probably supposed to be the same size just the way they have that slight bend from packaging & mfg tolerance.

The crossover hose for the heads is measuring about 9 & 950 thou. So 10"

Hope this helps!
This is the hose set I have so you can get more information on the measurements.

I just realized I am in the wrong 7.3 category. The last post was for the 99-2003 7.3, not the OBS.

This is what happens after a couple years using regular hydraulic hose. Its why we stopped using them a few years ago. This hose wont do that because we use OEM hose.

Awesome to know. Wish I saw that before I purchased the hose 😕 Well they claim 'lifetime warranty' I just don't want to do the job twice. Hopefully the hydraulic hose I have lives up to their claim.

It won't. I used to use that same hose about 5-7yrs ago. It'll get you by for awhile though.
