Help Me Choose a Trailer Wiring Harness

So the previous owner had a 5th wheel hitch which I plan to remove and just run the typical bumper hitch. I have the Ford 7 pin plug under the rear bumper but there are no wires running to it. There is an empty plug by the spare tire which I assume is the trailer wiring. Is there a harness that connects these two? I can't seem to find the exact one I need. Thanks for the help!

This should be what you need right here although you don't necessarily need to order from this particular company.

Well that's better than what I was finding, the OEM ones are 3x the price. However, can you find the same thing with a 4 flat included as well? I have both and hate using an adapter. It doesn't look like Curt makes one

Essentially this, but aftermarket (and cheaper )
