Are you serious?

I mean, you can Do Anything but if you're asking would it be practical,,, then - of course not! There'd be no end to the systems you'd have to swap with the Entire powertrain and I'm not sure how you'd integrate the Body's electrics...

Short answer, no.

With enough time, shop space, tools, skilled help, money, and beer, maybe... if you have the complete 7.3L truck and drivetrain, and all wiring and plumbing, to swap into the new truck sheetmetal and it better be nearly complete too.

Why not just put a 6.7L long block right back in the 6.7 truck? Or if you have the 7.3 truck that is in decent shape, just get the McNasty body kit and swap the 6.7 front body parts. They have dash swap kits too.
