Best fuel additive for a 7.3L

Ok fellas, what in your opinion is the best fuel additive for the price? ATF, 2 cycle oil, seafoam,etc. Thanks

I use the archoil every few fill ups. Dunno if it makes a difference but 235k injectors and she starts at 35 degrees (rarely even gets that cold in Savannah). New relay and GPs help too.

Who the he77 puts atf or anything else that isn't intended in their truck. @forthehalibut just dropped $12k on a new motor so I wouldn't put anything in that wasn't intended to be a additive as I don't have an extra $12k in my wallet.

I regularly use PowerService DieselKleen. I have run 2-cycle oil at times. I tried Hot Shot Secret Extreme Diesel once.

Truck runs fine on any of them.

when i change oil i make sure i have 1/4-1/2 tank of gas.(i call diesel fuel gas. and i have gas) i pour the used oil in gas tank and then fill up at gas station. never had smoke. have done the same with my 06 6.0 psd that i bought new and have almost 190,000 miles on it

A 7.3 will run on straight ATF.

00 f250 ext. cab, lb, 4x4, 170,000, zf 6 speed, South Bend 1944ofe, 4 in lift, 315/75/16 Courser MXTs, rear Detroit locker, PMF traction bars, Full Force 180/80 injectors, KC 300x 63/73/.84 turbo, PHP Hydra, Riff Raff frx,, Dieselsite pre pump kit, Dorman up pipes,IAH delete, ccv mod, 6637 filter, Auto Meter gauges, Edge CS2, 4 in diamod eye straight pipe 6 in tip.
