What's your truck and mileage?

Yes, I know there is already a few similar threads. I thought it would be good to have a new one for us regular posters. It seems to be the same basic group who posts to this forum.

Rajin cajin (her name) is a 2001 extended cab 4x4 SRW. 235k miles and everything is the original to my knowledge.

All stock except a size up in tires and a 4in turbo back exhaust.

Where did you find one with that mileage? Have you had it a long time or did you pay out of the nose? Those are listing on eBay at 20-30k.

My dad bought it new in late 2002. Drove it till 2015 when he bought a brand new 2015 4x4 F150 V6-Turbo. Sold me his for fantastic price I could not pass up. He drove it to work and back (18 mile round trip) and rarely drove it out of town. I picked it up from him when it had 69K back in 2015. Truck is in great shape other than normal rock chips, no bed liner, some surface rust on the roof and the clear coat is starting to come off on the roof too. Interior is 9/10. If I could get $20k for it I would sell in a heartbeat lol.

Post a pic of your rig. That's great you got a friends and family discount. I paid 10k for mine in an eBay auction. After shipping and tax I had 11k. Over the past 2-3 years I've dumped $4000 into it. Tires and exhaust plus problems like new AC, brakes, glow plugs, etc. I'm all in at $15k but I'll never be able to sell for that.

Not allowed to post pictures yet due to my post count. I have one picture in my avatar. Yea if I wanted I could sell it for a profit, but do I want to? It's paid off. I've probably put around $2.2k or so into since I have had it. You can't count maintenance/mods to your value though.

What's your truck and mileage?

It has a rebuilt engine with around 80k on it, it was a company truck and had a ďcooling systemĒ failure which lead to the engine getting cooked. Iím sure it was some employee who didnít know what he was doing, had it been a competent operator it would still be original

I just replaced the transmission. The stock one was still going strong, I just decided to replace it to avoid downtime in the future. And I didnít think the 350k mile stock one would take kindly to 160/30s

1999 F350 CCDRW. It has 262,000 miles. Original engine but new transmission at 259,000 miles. We have had it about 4 years. all new brakes, new AC, alternator, power steering box and pump, new fuel pickup in tank. Still runs like a top!
