flex plate removal - how to hold crank?

Got the transmission/t-case away from the flex plate enough to start removal of the bolts. What's the best way to hold the crank stationary while I back off the bolts?

They make a tool to hold the flexplate, or you can wedge a screwdriver or prybar in there.

Thanks. Ended up putting a screw driver between the frame and alignment pin wedged on one of the teeth.
