2005 F350 front bumper swap to 1999?

Looking to swap my buddy’s 1999 front bumper out for a 2005 front bumper I know it will fit with the adapters, but can I use the stock 3 piece 1999 headlights without upgrading to the newer style? Will they fit with the newer bumper? Thanks for the help wanting to do it tomorrow, btw I got the 2005 grille already.

I dont know if the 99 headlights will fit with the rubber bumper top in place. I installed the 05 bumper , header panel , aero lights , adapter pig tails and chrome package grill on my 2001 and 2002. The 05 lights are better. I have the rubber top cover for the bumper. Its painted and maybe someday I will put it on, maybe.
