'99 F250 -Cabin Air Filter?

I have a 99 F250 that rolled 300k miles this year. I drive quite often with the windows rolled down and travel dirt roads a lot so the cab gets a lot of dust. The A/C air temperature seem normal but the fan does not seem to move as much air. Does this truck have a cabin air filter. Where is the evaporator located?

Thanks,

thats probably a sign that the blower motor is wearing out. 2 of my trucks began to blow less air and one day it was just gone ! new blower motors made the air come back. and the blower wheels were pretty clean. and they are way too easy to change. under the hood over there behind the accumulator.
