ForeScan help

Does anyone know if I can change the tire size or revs per mile so my 99.5 has the correct speedo reading with 285/75/16 tires?
If yes- please explain how this is done.
99.5 f350 4x4
Thanks

Many thanks for your reply.
Do you have a recommendation for the dashboard choices to monitor the 7.3?
I am finding out through trial and error what can and cannot be monitored. I am sure i am just scratching the surface.

Very cool! I will be ordering a usb to obdII cable. I downloaded forscan to learn and never did the forum instructions on extended license or ordered the cable. Does anyone have a link to some more 7.3l functions for forescan? I have the late99 and thought it would just be a good diagnostics. Didn't know it could acess the pcm functions like the newer powerstrokes. I would love to update my speedo/odometer to not have to multiply my odom every fill up lol.

would something like this work? I rread you need a can bus thing for the 6.7l too>?

FYI the Foseal Car WiFi obd2 adapter worked well for me. No wires needed.
And yes I believe that adapter will work.

I may look into Bluetooth. I don't remember if my laptop has it or not it was bought in 2015 so by laptop standards its VERY OLD lol... I mostly got it because It was free and I already have torq pro with the ELM 327 adapter but torqpro doesn't work great on my truck. It kills it a lot when making changes and recording stuff. So hoping the forescan is friendlier even if the laptop is little bigger than the tablet.

appreciate it. Looking forward to not using my phone calc to multiple the odom reading before mpg haha.

I have the extended license all loaded up
I am going to attempt to chane my revs per mile to 629 to match my tire size- I will update with my success or failure.
Is there any other thing I can change to improve mileage or performance while the license is good?
Thanks

Success
I was able to edit the abs info from 649 to 629 revs per mile to match my tire size.
Thanks again to akcooper9 for sharing this info.
Very easy to edit and save the change.
