Ha, your telling me. They are 35x12.5 but on 24s....I am probably going to keep the 35x12.5 but go down to either 18s or 20s.

Beauty of a truck, trucks here in maine don't even look that nice on the showroom floor, lol. Rust here is the main problem, i would love to start with a truck that clean and keep it rust free, instead i have to turn mine from rusted to less rusted, lol. Nice truck though, i think 18's or 20's definately, congrats.

Is the paint and fender flares factory? What options does a platinum model have over a lariat?

The paint is all factory with the 2 tone. The flares are aftermarket, but were painted to match. The platinum for these years are just a renamed Lariat with some extra cosmetic changes, but there were only like 3400 of them made with only little over half diesel. my truck was built in 09/2001 so i am assuming it has PMR and not forged. I need to pull the inspection hole and see for sure tho.

In all my years of being around truck's I didn't even know or seen a Platinum that year. Maybe it was a up north deal, nice truck but the wheel's look stupid IMHO
