2005-2007 headlight conversion

So my truck is at the body shop getting a fresh coat of paint. I was side swiped this winter so the insurance is paying for most of the bill. I figured I might as well paint the entire truck. So I am getting a grill for the 05-07 trucks. My headlights already have some moisture issues so I figure I might as well change them out also. I see some guys are cutting the header panel and using oem lights. I realize oem lights are better than aftermarket but kind of pricey. Is there a GOOD conversion headlight available. I dont care for the funky black lights. I want OEM style.

1996 F250 crew cab. Hypermax intercooler, Gearhead tunes, 4" exhaust, 6637 intake, Autometer gauges, Dana 60, 6.0 cooling fan, Built e40d, Firestone airbags, Full Force stage ones more to come. SOLD

2003 7.3 F250 Lariat. Mostly stock.

For some reason I thought someone made a conversion headlight assembly that was just a bolt in. Am i wrong?

Unless I am missing something those lights listed are stock replacements for 05-07 ford. Require cutting of the front header panel?

The 05-07 headlights that are OEM style require a different header panel - that's about as bolt on as you get. Remove the old lights and header, bolt on the new header, harness adapter, and lights.

Else, cut your header. Took me about 20 minutes/side to cut. Very easy to do. The lights from Tony are tops and are much better than stock.

The lights you get will require a harness adapter too... the 05-07 harness was different than ours.

Overall - I did my lights in about 3 hours - including numerous breaks to stand back and admire my great work.
