If you go to get it out, I'd get a shop vac and reduce the large vacuum opening down to a 3/8 clear hose to fit into the fishing hole. If you can get you some pantyhose (no judging here ) put it the large vac hose like a screen to stop your O ring from going into vacuum trashland. The O ring may just stick to the 3/8 hose if you have a good vac.

I've had to fish the craziest crap out of the craziest places. I can thank my wife for the training.

Or...change the oil and see if it comes out the drain.
