Halos that fit with no cutting

Is there any manufacturer that produces nice Halo headlights with no cutting/modifying the truck whilist not blinding other drivers?

opt7 and XenonDepot have great quality LEDs that require no mods. complete plug n play. I have been wanting to grab a pair but been funding other projects too much last couple of months. I googled til my headhurt and narrowed it down to those two from speaking with members on this forum etc.
