2000 F350 power issues

Hello,
I'm having acceleration, stumbling, power issues. When cold low speed acceleration is a problem i.e no smooth speeding up, cuts in/out. When warm same issues trying to hold a steady speed but with cruise on no issues. 7.3 has 261k on it and not a 4x4.

Have you checked the truck's accelerator pedal assembly? Try unplugging the connector and spraying some contact cleaner in the pedal connector and the connector on the cable.
I had to replace my assembly because I was getting a dead pedal right after starting the truck and sometimes it would go dead in traffic. I could put the truck in neutral, stomp on the pedal, it would come back. If I cleaned the connector, it would act normal for a week or two. Since the new pedal assembly, it's been working great.

At your mileage, you may well be seeing the end of your injector life (they're Original?)

See if plugging the block heater in for 2-3 hrs before your Cold Start completely changes the way it runs...

I cleaned the contacts in both plugs and the micro switch, all issues gone. This forum is the bomb and thank you.
