fuel bowl leaking ~4 years after replacing o-rings

I replaced the fuel bowl o-rings and bushings about 4 years ago. I did the silicone rings from dieselorings.com and I am now seeing leaking again. Small puddle in the valley, residue all over the bowl and surrounding area, lower mpg. Is this normal, to have to replace these every 4 years? I'd love to do the delete/reg return but I live in North Kor... errr... California. :-P

Just had some leak that where less than 6 months old, it was possibly caused by the 86 spring causing extremely high fuel pressure. They sent me replacement kit, and I also replaced the spring back to stock pressure. I would suggest cleaning down the fuel filter area and verify the leak
