Why are you spending so much money when you don't know what's wrong with it? Need to first get a code reader so you can have a starting place instead of just guessing.

I tried hooking a scanner on it. It wouldn't communicate with the pcm

If condition was unknown of the replaced parts then it still didn't hurt to replace them.

I'd double check all the fuses with a multimeter.

The sudden dying can be caused by the fuel bowl heater grounding out or another electrical short.

You can get a bluetooth adapter and download Car Gauge Pro to an Android device and connect to the PCM that way.

A scanner is the best option at this point. Also verify the PCM was replaced with the correct unit.

Maybe check all your ground wires. One loose wire will kill the motor instantly and will probably affect the WTS light too.
