1996 F250 Powerstroke Help

Hello, I am new to the forum and also to the Ford community. I recently purchased a 1996 F250 ECLB power stroke. I have a few questions about wires under the hood. Pictured are three wire ends that are not connected to anything and I do not know where they go or what they are. The truck has an intercooler if that makes a difference on what they are. Would y'all please let me know what they are and where they go. Everything seems to be functioning fine. The last picture is of the wire that goes to the coolant sensor. The gauge just straight to normal upon start. I know this is not correct and do not know how to fix it. I bought a new sensor but cannot get the other loose. Also, when I start the truck and the wire not connected to the sensor it still just straight to normal. The fifth picture is of something I have no idea and would like to know if it is correct. I would really appreciate it if y'all could help me and give me some insight. Thanks for having me!

I think that the 3 wires in your 1st photo are to the fuel bowl.
The center red wire is for the Fuel Filter Restriction sensor, that feeds the "Fuel Filter" light on the right side of the dash panel. Your photo shows the sensor has been removed and plugged by a PO, so no where to hook the wire. Remember to change fuel filters and you should be good to go.

The other red wire on the top looks like the fuel heater which is under the FPR on the drivers side of the fuel bowl.
The last bottom wire I am not sure, but I expect it to be the water in fuel sensor wire. I'll look at my truck in the AM, if no one else has replied yet

NotThatGuy has you covered on the wires. The cube-shaped item is the WIF (Water-In-Fuel) switch which is a solid state switch used in the WIF circuit. Cheers!

Thank you for your help. I’ll have to see if I can get everything plugged up and diagnose my temperature gauge problem
