Manual to power windows.

I picked up some door pannels off of an 04' excursion. I want to install them and wire in the power accessory. The original door pannels had no storage at all!

Has anyone done this yet? I couldn't find a thread.

Thanks

Well, its not hard you just need all the guts (motor/regulator) and to run 12v to the door.

I changed my father in law's truck from manual to power with a $100 ebay kit. They work okay, not quite as fast as OEM but they are still working a few years later. Kit also came with power door lock actuators, all the generic switches and a keyless entry fob. If your panels came with OEM switches, you can easily adapt the aftermarket wiring to fit OEM plugs. Well worth a day in the garage or driveway.

Not sure how well 04 door panels will fit in an obs Ford, not even sure the doors are the same size.
