Yesterday: removed, cleaned, and painted the egr tube, a good trick to cleaning them is to use ez off oven cleaner, spray it in, let it work its way down, I use it to clean alot of parts, you can even heat the tube and use the ez off, it works even better.

Today: Nothing, just drove it.

Flushing my coolant system fallowing the Goochs instructions. Broke a thermostat bolt so delt with that all morning and now I'm back on track! Previous owner had just been running the generic green coolant so I'm glad this is getting done!

Today, changed the drivers side glowplugs from Autolites to ZD-11's. Passenger side in a few weeks. Ordered 4 pod pillar gauges and turbo intake boot.

First rain of the season here in NorCal. Took my lumber rack off to install the camper shell to keep my tools dry. I love the way it looks wthout anything on the back but wet tools is a major loser.

I hear you there. Unfortunately, none of our trucks have shells, so we cram as much as we can in the tool box and get a tarp out (as you can see pictured below .)

My truck is no longer an Eddie Bauer Bronco!! Used a stripe off wheel to get rid of the pinstriping, and bed lined the rockers to get rid of the tan. I had been planning on doing this for awhile but finally had the time.

Before:

Now:

Now I just need to deal with the mix-matched mirrors and I will be good to go.

I loved the nemo mirrors on my f250, worked great for not towing, then I had the covers for the extensions and those were great with a trailer for me, I just like a clean look when not towing, but they are a terrible design for a dually
