I dont want to start a whole new thread just for this and im sure one of you guys know. Do I have to remove the turbo to replace the exhaust housing. I cant see why I would have to remove the whole thing

1997 f250: mbrp 3in downpipe 4in side dump exhaust, diy 6637 intake, TW custom tuned 6pos chip, wicked wheel 2, rough country 4in lift, dana 60 swap, led dash lights, explorer overhead console, LED tail lights, dual trans coolers, SD fog lights, 08 rear diff cover, diy efuel, 20" racleline wheels with 35" firestone destination mt's,lots more little things

By the time you f* around to remove the downpipe and extract the uppipe collector studs, and potentially damage the turbine wheel once you struggled to get the exhaust housing bolts out, just pull the damn turbo.

if you want you can replace the lower studs with bolts after you pull it so that in the future you don't need to pull the turbo to change exhaust housings

94.5 F250 Reg Cab 4x4 5 speed 4.10 276000 plus miles

i was pleasantly surprised to see the new collector I just got came with no studs! didn't even think about it or know to check....was lucky I had extra bolts, only discovered when installing...

So I got an 05 steering wheel installed in my truck any tips on wiring it in anybody got a small break down on the wiring
