7.3 Powerstroke AC clutch not engaging! HELP!!

I have a 95 f350 7.3 that the AC is not engaging; not sure what it has and ive tried jumping the low pressure switch and checked connections all around it wont click or make any sound whatsoever.

I just put 12v to the compressor and its good; clutch pulled in; went around and put 12v to the low and high pressure ac plugs and it was good; went to the dash fuse that says AC clutch and got nothing; im stumped at this! wha do you think this could be?

Also check underhood fuse #17 which powers underdash fuse #6 (AC clutch). Attached are some diagrams for you (96 will be the same as 95). Cheers!

Are you sure you have freon in your system? Not sure if this will cause the issue as I've never had any type of ac issue like this other than high pressure switch pins needed some adjustment for the ac to function as it wasnt making contact inside the plug.
