Swap

I have a 95 f250 7.3 automatic and I want to put it in my 97 f350 7.3 manual. What's the difference in the motors?

Might I ask why you want to do a manual to auto swap? Its usually the other way around.

lots of people prefer a manual over auto.

Yes I understand that, if you read what he posted he wants to remove the manual trans and put an automatic in its place.....

You'll need to change the flywheel out for a flexplate. You'll also need the wiring harness(es) and the DPC-202 PCM (you will have a DPC-203 now) as the current PCM won't have the auto trans capability. Cheers!
