Crank no start 97 7.3

I have a 1997 F250 that started to idle rough and shut off like I turned the key off and wouldn’t start again. I replaced the cps, icp, ipr, has a new fuel filter and is getting fuel. When it first happened the truck was towed to a shop and hooked up to a scanner witch showed no codes. I don’t know where to look next, any help would be great.

Does the Wait-To-Start light come on normally? Check the oil level. What's fuel pressure when cranking? Minimum is 25 psi at 100 rpm minimum crank speed. Cheers!

The wait to start light comes on, oil level is good, I’m not sure on the fuel pressure while cranking. I’ll have to check fuses and pressure on Tuesday when I get a chance to work on it.
