Broken Fuel Fitting on Frame 2015 6.7

Hey guys, I have a 2015 6.7 F250, I was attempting to change out the fuel lifter on the frame (looked like an easy job). I don't know if there is some trick to getting off the fuel lines, but of the 4, I only managed to get one off. Two are still connected, and the last one. Well, I snapped the plastic fitting on that one. The one with the blue clip, coming from the tank side. I still need to get the two with the yellow clips off, so if someone has a tip on that, I would appreciate it, but I'm really not sure what to do with the broken fitting. I saw there was something for the fitting near the injection pump, and I found this Dorman 800-050 which I apparently can't post a link to , but it's for the older models. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried to post a pic, but I don't have a post history, so I'm out of luck on that. I'm really hoping i'm not going to have to drop the tank and replace the entire line. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I have needed to blow air into the connector to dislodge dirt so the clips can retract when pushing the button on the connector, also push the connector together a little as you squeeze the button to help release the clips.

In my defense, I was unsupervised

For all those wanting a premium silicone sealer Kubota 70000-73764 is the best your gonna find. This is a hybrid gray silicone that uses solvent rather than acid to start the curing reaction, this makes it safe for aluminum and and any surface that involves coolant.

Why are you disconnecting the fuel lines for the frame fuel filter?

Clean the lines out, push line in, pop/squeeze/etc clip, pull line out.

K, ...some you push others pull up, others pinch in two places, ...I am not familiar with the specific connector at the location you are referencing.

They pinch on the sides and pull up, but after I've popped the clips the lines still don't come loose.

I need to replace the fuel pump on the frame.

Push the line in, pull up all the way and pull the line out.

To release the line, pull the locking tab up. Then push the release tab (just in front of the locking tab) down. Push the line forward and then back while holding the release tab down.
As mentioned, blowing the dirt out and spraying with lubricant helps a lot.Always

For the broken fitting, does it connect to a metal section at the frame?

Thats the fuel pump, as well as a fuel filter. 1-1/4Ē socket, unscrew filter base and change filter.
