well, the bed didnt come out as good as i hoped,
i leveled the bed, and cut it 90*, but i was in a hurry and didnt spend too much time on it. i had to get it done.
it needs to come back off and finished up, but it dont look too bad as a 5 foot bed
its hard tach'd and will do for now.

im having a hell of a time sealing this block up.
I keep getting water in my oil.
I have isolated it to the timing gear cover.
ive had the engine tore apart several times now, used 3 different types of sealant.

I know for a fact that its the front cover.
how do I know this?
ive made block off plates for the oil cooler and water passages, it holds 20 psi all day long with the oil cooler installed,
20 psi with the front cover off and water ports blocked off.
ive had this engine on the pressure tester for more than 50 hours, turning the crank 90* every couple of hours to rule out cavitation.
ive pressurized each glow plug hole with 120 psi, and no bubbles in my radiator.

for some reason, im still leaking water in my oil.
I have not put coolant in it due to this issue,
ive driven the truck about 100 miles to see 1/2 a gallon dissipate in my radiator.
the valve covers, have signs of water.
today I drained the oil and put the pressure tester on it again, im expecting to see water after the oil is drained.

ive finally located another timing gear cover. 80 bucks on e-bay, I will be trying that next.
there is some pitting on my cover, but it appears to be in good shape.
im at my wits end with this truck honestly.
ive been very tempted to throw a powerstroke in it........
